McCall Winter Carnival

Meagan, Josh, Ethan, Silas and I went up to McCall for the Winter Carnival! Meagan's Mom and Dad were very nice to let us use their RV. We stayed in it all weekend in the church parking lot.... LOL. These are pictures of us driving up to McCall!

The ice sculptures were very cool, we had a lot of fun even though we were very wet! Silas of course did great!

Boundaries

I have been reading this book and I absolutely love it. It has answered so many questions for me as to how to handle my life! I feel very empowered now and have a greater understanding of how to be happy. The book spends a lot of time discussing what healthy relationships look like, how to say no, and that your needs are not selfish. I am so grateful that my friend Deena recommend it and I want to read his other books. This book really couldn't of come at a better time, it has been a great resource to me and I highly recommend it for all of you.

Baby Silas

I am so sappy to say this, but my baby is all grown up!!! Ok I know he is only 3 months old, but looking back at pictures I can't believe how much he has changed! I thought I would do a slide show to pay tribute to Silas. It has got to be hard to be the first baby, we really have know idea what we are doing. I hope you all enjoy it.

Silas is 3 months old

We put Silas in his Johnny Jumper for the first time! I think Taffy was more excited about it than Silas. I took a ton of pictures because this just felt like such a special moment to me. It is hard to explain unless you are a mom. Anyway I hope you all enjoy the pictures!

Winter garden a glow!

This is a few weeks old, but I wanted to post the pictures anyway. Every year the Botanical Gardens is lit up with Christmas lights and it is absolutely beautiful. Ethan, Silas, me, and the Biggers went. It was a little cold and wet but was well worth it to see all the beautiful lights. Silas of course was amazing the entire time, he didn't cry the whole night. Josh was able to get him and Meagan in for free. He asked for the newly wed discount (they have been married for over a year) I wish I would of thought to ask. Afterwards we went for some hot chocolate. It was a great night something we will definitely do each year!

Rock Band

Ethan and I have been playing Rock band and we absolutely love it!!!! I have never understood my husbands obsession with video games, but I totally get it now. We have been playing over at Meagan's parents house, they are very nice to let us. I guess it is coming out for the Wii later this year and we are definitely buying it! If any of you get a chance to play some time I would be careful, you might get addicted. I hope you enjoy the pictures of our band!

SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have had so much snow in Idaho this year!!! Ethan is so good at getting us all out to play. I took the pictures and Hannah, Sterling, and Ethan built the biggest snow man!!! It was a lot of fun.

The Flour Game!!!!!!

After hours of playing monopoly on Christmas day, we decided to play the flour game. It is kinda like Jenga. The first person that knocks over the tower of flour, has to fish the penny ( that was on top) out of the flour with thier mouth. Christy and I never had to do it, because we are just that good.
